My cabinets (if they ever arrive) may be gorgeous. BUT the customer service is the absolute worst. I have been calling daily for 10 days and still have no answer on one order; and the other order is three weeks delayed. To get an answer took phone calls to my sales rep, manager and ultimately the owner and even then it still took 5 days of calling repeatedly for the answer. If you have the patience of Job, please use them. If you require a schedule and customer service of any kind, I am suggesting you look elsewhere.
Working with Donald Blackwell to furnish our new home has been a pleasure. Very knowledgeable and informative.
