RecommendedWe purchased a washer a couple years ago and it started having issues. I called K&N and even though it was out of warranty, K&N management was able to work with the manufacturer to get it repaired at no charge. Great customer service!
RecommendedI had a great experience working with K&N Builder Sales. The in-house staff was helpful and professional from day one. The staff, also, has done a great job of following up. The installers are pros and were efficient and friendly throughout the installation process. The showroom remodel is coming along and I am excited to check it out when it's done!
not very happy with customer service. purchased oven and microwave and they were installed in April. microwave already not working. have been waiting over 2 weeks for a replacement.
RecommendedWe had some issues with them at first, but they reached out and resolved the problems in a very professional manner. If you need to install something tricky I will suggest you as for Gerardo and James to come to your house for installation. They did a great job for us and cleaned up after it was done!
RecommendedK&N is awesome! Best service I’ve received.
They could provide the items that were ordered and finish what they start. I waited for over a year for them to complete their work. They don't return phone calls or e-mails. That goes for the salesmen and the Owner. I have had to make my own accommodations to get the work completed. I have had the ability to send three of my clients elsewhere for their appliance and cabinet needs. I'd avoid them at all cost.
