It's obvious that the K&M team truly care about their clients. They are the absolute best people to work with! They go above and beyond and focus on easing the intricacies for everyone who enters into the buying or custom home-building process. Great people!
I shoot pictures and video of homes everyday. The quality and craftsmanship seen throughout their homes is unbelievable.
Of course they are one of my favorites! Great product- hard workers and fantastic people! Love the entire Jooma Family!
Beware of this builder! I was on a site home and the place was literally falling apart!
Please do your homework before buying from this company, I have seen their work first hand and they do very bad craftsmanship.

Mark is absolutely the best in meeting your personal needs for that forever home you're looking and shopping for! From lot selection, to house design, to product purchasing, you will be over the moon when his "uniquely to you" and "you alone masterpiece" is finished. No better builder for the GCA...period.
