K & M homes rented an associate of mine one of their brand new homes and she was devastated because of water in the crawl space and the sewage backing up in the home the brand new fixtures falling off the wall. When my friend was made to move out she didn't receive any of her 1500. Deposit back and Kelli Jooma was mean to her. Kelli threatened to sue my friend if she reported k&m homes to anyone.
