Karen and Don run a flagship RV storage facility. Don maintains the facility, and singlehandedly deals with all of the direct customer care. Karen manages everything, keeps all of the policies current, and controls the financial side of the operation. Together, they provide outstanding customer service to people who want to protect their RV's from various "elements". Their uncommon accommodation of each customer's individual needs is especially commendable. They're a GREAT team!
