I was just there for 5 nights for a conference. My mom and son joined me. We really enjoyed our stay and were spoiled by the incredible staff! The pool was a huge hit with my 5 yo son, and the towels were always warm and plentiful (and HUGE) unlike many other properties of similar stature we've stayed at. You don't have to eat on property - there are many family friendly and low cost options within 2 minutes of a walk. Room service was really affordable. Staff made it amazing - we are looking forward to returning next year!

I attended the #BETExperience & this was the host hotel!! Walking distant to everything!!! I learned so much about the style, fashion, celebrities & those luxury cars!!! My son & nephew also has a great time!! Great staff!!!!
It's not what I expected from staying in LA Live. AC was off in the middle of the night, couldn't sleep well. The morning room feels like in Sauna. Called the Guest service in the morning and it has been 30 min the technician not show up yet.
