The JW Marriott at LA Live is the best hotel downtown. We stay here every year and every year they outdo themselves. Their customer service and accommodations are impeccable. We love it here!

After a 13 hour day of work and finally getting to my room we found it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The staff was extremely helpful and took care of the room. Bed was small for a queen. Staying there again in 3 weeks while working the AMA's so I hope I have a better experience.
