Great service, on time and provide essential additional info and repairs at a reasonable cost.
JVG responded very quickly to my request. They arrived the next business day, reviewed the issue, discussed options and fixed the problem immediately. Price was very fair. Personnel was courteous, respectful and pleasant.
actual problem was not a plumbing issue but came out promptly, inspected, made recommendation for appliance repair. not charged. have used in past for plumbing and would use again for plumbing.

North Carolina - Their response time was great & was during a Holiday. - The service technician was very capable & personable. - The cost was much higher than anticipated due to the labor cost not having been included in the w.h. replacement cost estimation I had originally received. The labor cost doubled the original estimate. I don't think I was intentionally mislead...just a lapse on their part...but being faced with double the price I had counted on was a big surprise and a little shocking.
