Joe was very quick to come to my rescue. We had a water line break, to 40 tenant apartments, he was able to put a temporary Band-Aid repair on it to stop the leak; it being during their holiday season. Without the promptness, professionalism and expertise; I dread to think of what could have transpired.for all of them. All was repaired promptly, and to my satisfaction, thereafter.
