Did not fix our problem. Our tub faucet needed a new cartridge (which of course he didn't have and needed to get from Lowes). He came back and after a short bit, he told my wife he was done and she paid him. He marked up the part 50% in addition to the time he spent going to Lowes. Then my wife noticed the faucet was still leaking and barely caught him before he left the property. We had another plumber come today and tell us he did not replace the cartridge as the one in there was old.
Business response:
The homeowner was informed before work was performed that we recommend the entire shower valve assembly be replaced, but a cartridge replacement would cost less and possibly could fix the leak.
Inspections took several attempts to pass and some of the work was excluded in the original inspection request.? The project was eventually completed to our satisfaction and met our budget but it took three times longer than planned.? The delay was partially due to an illness which is unfortunate, but understandable, and primarily due to bad communications between the workers and multiple faulty drills.? Several items required rework to meet the original specifications.

Several inspectors were needed to inspects different aspects of the work, including electrical, plumbing rough-in, and finish plumbing inspections. Several tasks were added by the homeowner in addition to the tankless water heater system which, in turn, took longer to complete than originally anticipated.
I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. Then someone called an hour afterwards saying they wouldn't be able to make it, obviously. I reluctantly rescheduled because I just wanted to know what was wrong with my water pressure. Someone came out while just my husband was home and the person fixed it, which isn't what I wanted and charged $75 for 20 minutes of work.
