Corey at JVG Plumbing was excellent. He was very prompt with his response. He and his crew worked around my hectic schedule to removed a broken gas water heater and replace it. Great communications and service.
First time using Home Advisor. I was surprised to get a call at 7am the following morning. Corey spent a good amount of time talking through my hot water heater replacement options with me. It was very helpful and reassuring. We went with the tankless option and relocated the water heater from the attic to our crawl space. Very friendly and quick to respond.
It was a snowy and cold morning, water heater went out, spoke with them at 8:00 AM and serviceman out by 9:30 AM. Hot water by noon.
Corey called me within a few hours of my Home Advisor search. He was courteous and well-informed. He was able to take a look at my hot water heater the same day. I had a really great experience with Corey and JVG Plumbing. I will definitely call them again for plumbing issues.
