Staff is rude and not trained well. After being there two hours to have tires rotated and balanced when I questioned a problem the tech told me he had a long day and can't catch every problem. Not I apologize or I'm sorry for your wait. That's okay I won't return which is a shame since this is one of the few places I used to trust my vehicle to.
Horrible! HORRIBLE! They will tell you lies and leave you waiting forever. DON'T GO HERE!
Two hours for two tires. Not happy. Was very disheartening to see sales staff tell an elderly lady she needed a bunch of work done and tell her her car was unsafe to drive after she declined to buy a new cabin air filter. It appeared to me like a high pressure sale. I could be wrong but I'm not going back. Just my opinion
