Great service, knew what they were talking about, fast, great tires.
Not pushy and don’t try to get you to buy the most expensive tire on the market.
I have been here twice in a year and got excellent customer service both times. Today, Billie Jo helped me and she was awesome. Although they were understaffed, Billie Jo was very polite and communicated this well with me. She explained to me the proper car maintenance and offered the right packages. This will be my go to tire and oil place.
I ordered my trailer tires on the Goodyear website and Goodyear setup the appointment time. I got to Just Tires and they had no record of the appointment, but the assistant manager honored the appointment time, even though they already had appointments set. I was in and out in one hour. Very satisfied with my tires and the customer service was great.
As a new Knightdale resident, trying to adjust to the move and have trust issues with auto businesses, 'Just Tires' took great care of me; you guys are phenomenal, and y'all rock :) :) :). Thanks for the stress free and relaxed visit!!!
Stopped by on a Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday and at an hour I could live with. Oil changed, tire rotation, and brakes checked. On factory brakes at 151,500 miles so I knew it was time to replace. Went over cost and what was to be done. Time was reasonably good. Over all....great experience and I will go back with my 12 year old car.
Terrible place. Only care about money. . Just tires is just crap.
