I just had a vinyl fence install done by Just Fences and it was a great experience! Jessica was very helpful and accommodating and the crew got the job done when they said they would. Any issues or questions I had were resolved and answered immediately. I also felt like the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
I can not recommend Just Fences enough. Jess did my estimate, she was beyond knowledgeable and helped me with all of my options plus my 47 questions as I honestly had no clue what I was doing. Josh and Brendan were very meticulous and kind when installing, keeping me updated on everything. I am beyond happy my pup now has a fence before winter.
Poor customer service is exemplified by how defensively, harshly, and unprofessionally a business responds to a negative review, thus I will not be surprised if this trend continues with this one.
