Just Fences recently installed a privacy fence at my house. From start to finish Jessica checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were happy. She understood how important it was for us to get a fence asap for our senior pups and even gave us treats for them. Mike installed the fence in 2 days while working through extreme heat and rain. We were established customers. Had fencing initially purchased and installed by Just Fences. Later, six panels replaced secondary to deer damage and a failed gate lock replaced after manufacturer supplied new lock under warranty. Most recently, had damage to a fence panel and another lock failure, that was to be replaced under warranty. Lock was to be installed with fence panels replacement. Additional update: It would not be under the name Diane but I'm glad you got back to the other Diane's. Update: your staff does not follow through and your snarky reply also says a lot about your company! You did me a favor by not following through on giving me an estimate after you came out to my home and poked around my property. I'd rather not give my money to a company like this. we recently had a 6 ft privacy fence installed by just fences. From beginning to the finished product, everyone was awesome. from Jess who did the measuring and estimate to the installers! The guys even showed up in the rain and worked most of the day! The installers were courteous and friendly and did a great job of cleaning up! Thank you!
We chose Just Fences for our fence project, and we are more than happy. Jessica was very helpful, responded to any questions I had quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. The install team was also great! Their work is clean, they didn't leave a mess from the install, and they were also very nice. Install went smooth, even with the weather not being the greatest. My dogs also liked them a lot, so bonus points for that. Quality and great service! We'd choose them again for any fence project.
