Unbelievably chaotic and disorganized. No continuity of care - musical chairs for therapists (I had 5 different therapist in the few weeks that i put up with this), all different times of the day, a block of 2 weeks with no appointment because they were full. I went to the desk today to try to schedule in the missing 2 weeks, and i was told that the therapist who evaluated me only recommended 16 visits total I told her that my doctor wants 6 months of PT (I have 120 visits per year total per insurance), and this clerk told m... read more
