Julie is a joke. She went on vacation and had a back up but said not to use her too much because it cost her $25 per house visit. She returned from vacation 4/1 and never heard from her again about showings. She mixed business with my boyfriend so she went on to write bad reviews to his customers so I’m doing one in return.
Julie was such a pleasure to work with. She spent time with us prior to listing our home and explained things in a way we could understand. She is very knowledgable, personable, professional and extremely friendly. She goes above and beyond from start to finish. From photos to showings to answering any question we had. Julie was great to work with! Always available if I had questions and easy to contact! Nice, Friendly, and Professional. Sold our home before it even hit the market for over asking price and helped us buy our new one! Would use her again in a heartbeat!
