Many years ago, Dr. Douglass was on call for our pediatrician and she did a wonderful job assessing my daughter's illness. I felt very comfortable with her and went home with my sick child knowing that things would be fine (and they were). I am a doctor so I wouldn't be satisfied with an evaluation that I didn't think was thorough. Dr. Douglass did not disappoint me. She was (and is) great.
