Julie did great work finding me a condo within my (very limited!) budget. Julie was a wonderful realtor. She was very knowledgable and helpful, as I was a nervous first time homebuyer. She was patient with my many questions, and found the perfect house for me. I would absolutely use Julie again!!
Julie has a lot of patience and she is a tough negotiator for her clients. We witnessed both these qualities in play while hunting for a house and buying one in April' 2012 with her help. She also impressed by her technical knowledge and unbiased relevant comments on potential financial impact of "not yet fully surfaced defects" in houses we saw during the house hunt. She also has strong links with finacial instituitions. In short, being ours an inexperienced buyers, having faith in Julie was a rewarding experience.
