She showed me numerous houses and with me being really picky it took a while but I finally found the perfect first home. She was also extremely helpful with the bidding process and we had an accepted bid within 72 hours.

Julie presented a very positive attitude regarding the condition and selling points of the home. Her market research was very thorough. The research was clearly documented, with photo's, of comparable properties that had been sold and still active on the market. Within 24 hours of meeting Julie we found our house! She sent me an email and said "I think we should take a look at this house". The listing was so new it didn't even have photos on the internet. She has great advice and returns emails and phone calls immediately. Julie is very easy to talk to and one of the nicest things she did was when she called me just to see how we were doing. Julie was awesome. The second house she picked to show me was the one I bought. She has great knowledge of the area, plus, she knows contractors for the inevitable changes that will be made, to make the house your home. She was super quick to respond to any issues I had, either by email, text, or a call. Julie also made a complicated short sale go very smoothly, and was right on the money in telling me how long of a process I could expect. I have zero complaints about Julie, and would recomend her with no reservations.
