Julie is a very great person to work with. I'm totally satisfied with the speed and swift effort she invested in helping us to sell our house. we relocated out of state and the house was not yet sold at the time. Julie kept having showings until she found a buyer. She negotiated with the bank until the house was sold . I will highly recommend Julie to anyone. Julie was extremely helpful is selling our house. We were relocating and had needs outside of the typical home sales process. Julie delivered on finding the right buyer at the right price in a timely manner. It was done to minimize stress on me and my family, which is wonderful. Closing on a house when you are out of state is difficult but Julie made the process easy and allowed us to sleep at night knowing the details were covered. Julie is a great resource for anyone moving to or from the Milwaukee/Sussex area.

Julie is the best agent. She is very experienced and has a great deal of people skills. Julie was right on top of any concern or issue we had and helped us get through a buyers nightmare. Our home sold quickly. Julie's guidance help to get us thru the inspection process easing the stress that comes with selling a home. She explained all of the phases associated with process. Right down to the end she made the closing smooth and fun.

From the day we listed the house with Julie, we were confident that she knew what she was doing. We received an offer within three weeks and she continued to be involved through the closing. She always returned phone calls promptly and was usually "a step ahead of us"--answers before questions needed to be asked. She anticipated problem situations and was able to work them out before they became big issues. We feel Julie is the best and would highly recommend her.
