What can we say about Julie. She was a great realtor. She was also responsible for selling my sister's and parents house all within a year. When we wanted to lower our price because the previous realtor told us the price was to high, she was confident it could. She was right. She always kept us informed. She always have us sound advice. Whenever we needed a resource she had two on hand. She helped us do what was best for our family. Highly would recommend.

Julie Braden is the complete package! I was going through a divorce and that alone presented several difficult challenges on top of the normal process but Julie stayed her positive self and just kept coming up with solution after solution. She keeps things professional but yet adds that personal touch that lets you know she is looking out for your best interest and not just trying to make a quick dollar. She guided us through each step and was always available for that quick question or concern.

I met Julie when she was helping my daughter buy a townhome. She was honest and upfront on everything and treated my daughter like her own daughter! My wife and I were getting ready to put our house on the market and decided to give the listing to Julie based on her interaction with my daughter.
