I can not say enough good things about this place. They are truly the best urgent care around. The staff greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. The doctors and Nps are amazing and take their time to care for you and explain everything to you. They make my kids' visit there a pleasant one; they love visiting the treasure chest that they have. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
This is my third time visit to this urgent care for various illnesses. The staff is remarkable, knowledgeable and very friendly. My GP is on Essen Lane and I live in DS. I hate the commute and my symptoms seem to worsen after hours. My visits have been quick and thorough with test to back up any questionable doubt. I pay out of pocket and it doesn’t cost any more than GP. Coming here is a no brainer! I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
My daughter and I were both seen this morning in this clinic. The waiting room had quite a few people when we got there so we thought we'd be there forever. We only waiting about 10 minutes before being brought to a room in the back. Once in the room, we didn't even wait 5 minutes to see the NP, Adrianne. She was very attentive to both of us and listened to us. Much to my 13 yr. old daughter's dismay...LOL, she had no problem giving us both shots to speed up the getting well process. This place was wonderful! Tonight was my first experience with them. I was blow away by the service and care given to my very rambunctious 4 year old son. We were in and out in about 30 mins. This will now be our go to urgent care center.
Truly impressed with the fast and professional service from this urgent care facility. Dr. Thomas saw my 4 year old son. He was incredibly caring and kind. He was available by phone to answer my follow up questions the next day. He also called me to follow up on the status of my son two days later. The nurse and receptionist were great as well. Juban Point Urgent Care is a welcomed addition to the Denham Springs area. I highly recommend them and will use their services again without hesitation.
This place is the best. Caring and professional staff. My wife and I love knowing we have a place to go where we will be taken care of.
Wonderful staff, no wait and a very clean facility!!!
