I’ve brought my daughter here twice due to needs that I felt could be addressed at juban pointe before making a trip to her pedi in BR. I absolutely love this place. They are thorough, yet straight to the point. I was SOOOOOOO impressed with doctor Thomas! My son woke up from a nap after school yesterday crying his ear hurt. He asked me to take him to the doctor and it was 7:30. We showed up at 7:40 and weren't turned away. I was impressed with how kind the staff was in fitting us in at the very last minute when it was time to close. I will never go anywhere else for our urgent care needs.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Would come again and will recommend.
First time to visit here for my 10 year old son. I must say I was impressed! Usually after hour places are packed or slow. We were seen rather quickly. Very friendly and professional staff. The office is really nice and up to date. We were seen by Allison. She was really good with my son as she said she’s a mother herself. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone anymore. I used to come a lot for migraines as a last result because I needed relief. This past Thursday I seen a doctor who I won’t mention his name at this point, but he basically acted like I was just coming there for no reason. Asked me if I was depressed or if I had been abused as a child. Said I needed to speak to a psychiatrist. Everything he had to say was 100% out of line and he doesn’t deserve to care for patients. This won’t be the only complaint I make!
RecommendedBest urgent care! Ashley was GREAT! My daughter got three stitches in her chin. She kept her calm and even called the next day (on a Sunday) to check on her.
They are always friendly and will get you in and out fast. My husband, myself, and our 1 year old son have had to go there for various reasons and they have been great with all of us! Highly recommend.
If I have to go to an after hours clinic I always come here. The staff is super nice and friendly. They don’t make you wait hours to be seen either. I can’t recommend them enough!
