Great clinic and staff! In and out quickly without long wait! Very nice experience.
I saw Adrienne, the nurse practitioner, and she was very nice, professional, but also easy to talk to and not intimidating like a lot of doctors can be! I was in and out in 20 minutes max! The office was very clean and new as well. I will definitely return.
This place is awesome. Dr. Thomas was great with my sick 4 year old! Receptionist was an absolute sweetheart as was the nurse. I'm so glad we have this located so near our home!
I've had very pleasant experiences with Juban Point Urgent Care so far! We were seen very quickly back in April. They were very sweet to my daughter and offered her a toy (or two) out of the treasure chest. The doctor personally called me back with her results just a few days later which was nice. I have also had some great experiences with talking to the receptionist(s) over the phone. We will definitely continue to use them when an urgent care/after hours place is needed!
I cannot praise the staff here enough! So close to home and the doctor, nurses and everyone there was so very helpful and caring. I really felt as though they truly cared for my wellbeing and comfort and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the office. I certainly recommend using them as an urgent care facility before going anywhere else!
