We met Nicolaus Juba when we found our current home, he was the sellers realitor. Mr. Juba was friendly, helpful and continues to be helpful with any of our concerns. It's been a pleasure to know him and we would highly recommend his team and use them in the future.

Nick is the recognized expert on properties in the Lake Hopatcong region. He has quickly and professionally handled property rental for my family in Lake Shawnee and Lake Forest, and the sale of a waterfront home in Lake Forest / Jefferson Township (Lake Hopatcong post office address). We would go to no one else with our business.
The Juba Team worked on the sale of the old and purchase of our new home. They were always on call so to speak. My husband was a bit nervous through the process, but they were patient and always willing to answer all of our questions. We are extremely happy in our new home and with the market as it was 2 years ago, pleased with the outcome of our sale.

In my case Nick had to manage a complex situation with a lot of possible risk for me , I was in a contractual rental contract only ending in the summer of the following year , I wanted to move on buying a vacant property which we did contingent of him finding a new renter to release me of my rental contract.
