Dan was the first realtor to actually take the time to get to know me and my particular needs. He worked with me tirelessly around my schedule, showing me homes on weekends and evenings. James was very helpful throughout the entire process. We came up against several obstacles, and James was very creative in presenting and executing on the solutions he was able to provide. James and his team of mortgage brokers, home inspectors and underwriters was key to helping hold together and complete what was at times a very shaky deal.
James has been a pleasure to work with. He took the time to listen to the types of property I was looking for and showed me homes that fit my criteria.
