Over a span of about 3 years, we had listed our home for sale with a number of other real estate brokers and did not receive any offers from buyers. Once our house was listed with Nicolaus Juba, we almost immediately received an offer that was accepted. We believe that Nic's local knowledge of the market and his team's marketing skills were extremely valuable in this real estate transaction..

I would recommend the Juba Team unconditionally. They went out of their way to list my house on the various websites and newspapers, as well as notifying other real estate agencies. A team member even went so far as to go buy batteries so that the house would pass the fire inspection. I lived out of state while the house was on the market. The Juba Team was able to sell the house during the winter months, a difficult thing to do. I appreciate all of the work and effort the team went to in order to find a buyer for my house.

In my life I have bought and sold 6 homes and have dealt with several agents and brokers from various agencies. I have also rented apartments through real estate agents as well. In my opinion Nick Juba is by far the best...the most knowledgeable, and the most effective. I have had too many bad experiences with lazy, ineffective agents and agencies so it was a real pleasure doing business with Nick.

There is not enough positive things I can say about Justin. He listened to our wants and needs and found us the perfect home. Justin answered all of our many questions and was always very accessible to reach. I would recommend Justin Juba to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Team Juba did all the work to find tenants to rent our house. Each time I called to speak with Nick, and he wasn't available, one of his team members assisted us Nick always returned our calls. Nick is very knowledgeable about the area and is a straight-shooter. He and his team are very good.

Nick has been my realtor for the last three homes that I have bought and sold. I consider him a friend and he treats you as one while conducting business.
