James was able to sell our house quickly and get us our dream house (which wasn't even listed for sale at the time). Great, knowledgeable realtor. He addressed all of our questions and concerns quickly and professionally. I highly recommend him!
An outstanding combination of brothers (Nicolaus and Justin) in the Real Estate business. There was always one of the brothers available to respond to questions. We were amazed and overjoyed to sell our Aunt's house within 3 weeks of posting. They assisted us with determining a reasonable selling price, what was required to properly present the house for sale, and assisted in negotiations. The Juba Team was who we needed to find and finally purchase our vacation home. Marge was excellent. In addition to her experience in her role, her extensive real estate Paralegal background helped to keep the details in check! She was pleasant, took interest in ensuring that we made the right decision, and even while away on vacation made herself available! You can't believe how awesome that is while the process is still in progress!
James has been great since day one. Professional, knowledgeable, honest and patient with me and my family. James was our realtor for approximately 1 year. I'm so happy that Justin was reccomended to me. He met with us for the first time on New years day and by February 1st we had an accepted offer. He was incredibly flexible in meeting with us, he was always available to talk and was great at explaining things to a first time home buyer. We searched over a wide area and he knew everyrhing about each town we looked at. He was friendly and personable as well as incredibly professional. I can't recommend Justin enough.
