After the inspection we received a complete summary of the inspection, color photos and detailed information on everything inspected. The best part though was his willingness to answer more question several days after the inspection. He truly offers superior customer service before, during and after the job is done.
Jim has just completed a house inspection and report for me, and I am very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism with which he conducted the inspection. He showed me everything about which he was concerned and explained what the issue was in ways that I could understand. I have been a realtor for 14 years and Jim is by far the most thorough inspector I have worked with. He is methodical and meticulous in his approach to the inspection. He is committed to providing the buyers with accurate information, they are his priority. If I were to buy a home Jim would be the inspector I would hire.
An articulate, well written, report is equally as important as a thorough, detailed inspection. Jim's service provides both! I have seen other inspectors do a great job at the actual inspection but prepare a poorly written report which makes it difficult to re-negotiate with the Seller. Jim's report was exactly what I needed to make sure I was compensated appropriately for any needed repairs. Highly recommended!
