Summer finally decided to show up this week in WNY so of course that's when my AC decided to stop working. My house was up to 86 degrees and climbing. Before noon, the most beautiful sight arrived in my driveway - a JR Swanson van, it was Gary to the rescue! The problem was diagnosed and fixed FAST and the house immediately started to cool down. Gary was friendly, personable, quick, efficient & took the time to explain the issue to me which I really appreciated. 5 star rating, 10/10 recommend!

Professional from the 1st diagnostic visit to completion of the job & everything in between. They replaced our sump pump drain from the house to the street. The crew worked for 7 hours in 90 degree heat & were still pleasant. Beyond satisfied.

Just had Peter from JR Swanson come out and fix/replace the outside hose faucet and pipe inside. We originally were just looking for a quote. He didn't try to upsell us, make it seem like an urgent need to fix it. He was very respectable, kind and honest. It was a no brainer to hire him right there on the spot. Very reasonable pricing and done quick and done RIGHT. Thank you Peter and JR Swanson Plumbing. We will be contacting Peter again for any future needs.

Gary came to my house to do a HVAC recall and he was so friendly and did a really great job. I was impressed. He explained the issue to me, showed me the damage and the new part and what his plan/timeline was and he got it done really quickly. Other companies were giving me so much trouble over this recall. I can finally not worry about my house spontaniously catching on fire. He was also really good with my dogs, which i appreciated!
