My husband, Joe, and I were wrapping a towel around the main water supply line preparing for freezing temps tonight when a piece of pipe broke off. Water was shooting everywhere. Joe turned the water off and we called JR. The next morning they came out, installing new pipe and David was more than able to answer any questions we had.
