Dr.J Lin, neurologist was extremely unprofessional. My prior neurologist unfortunately closed his practice and offered only her and 2 other doctors (too far) to transfer to. I spoke with staff several times to confirm that they received my records and gave ample time for Dr.Lin to review my history and most recent diagnosis prior to scheduling my 1st appointment. I like Dr. Lin. He is very professional.
Dr. Lin is very nice and friendly with his patients regardless of their age. As our PCP, he has always taken good care of my children. One serious issue with them is the staff members, especially the girl at the front desk. She always talks disrespectfully to patients. Also, she is rude and doesn’t apologize. Last December, I had an appointment at 4 pm with my two daughters. We arrived at 3:55 pm, and we waited for almost 45 minutes. Then, I asked her when the Dr. would receive us. this place is a very good office to bring my children to. Both receptionist. (Carmen and Katherine) speak fluent english and are very professional. They both know how to do their jobs. Overall great place.
