I like Dr. Lin. He is very professional.
this place is a very good office to bring my children to. Both receptionist. (Carmen and Katherine) speak fluent english and are very professional. They both know how to do their jobs. Overall great place.
Had to constantly repeat myself to Dr. Lin. She was inattentive, inconsiderate, and also lacked compassion & tact - just awful for a doctor. Also rude! Only positive - front desk was professional and friendly.
Very arrogant and rude serive for receptionist, and they lied. I brought three children to Dr Lin's in August and I already told them i had some forms from schools that need to fill out by Doctor over phone and they said OK. After check-ups, Dr lin let me turned to his receptionist for the forms' completion. The receptionist told me they will charge me $30. I was surprised. It's my first time to hear that a doctor will charge me for completing the forms. They don't do that! I suggested the receptionist just need to fill out ... read more
