Dr.J Lin, neurologist was extremely unprofessional. My prior neurologist unfortunately closed his practice and offered only her and 2 other doctors (too far) to transfer to. I spoke with staff several times to confirm that they received my records and gave ample time for Dr.Lin to review my history and most recent diagnosis prior to scheduling my 1st appointment. I like Dr. Lin. He is very professional.
this place is a very good office to bring my children to. Both receptionist. (Carmen and Katherine) speak fluent english and are very professional. They both know how to do their jobs. Overall great place.
Had to constantly repeat myself to Dr. Lin. She was inattentive, inconsiderate, and also lacked compassion & tact - just awful for a doctor. Also rude! Only positive - front desk was professional and friendly.
