I ordered my daughter her dress and all her stuff 1 year before her party. The dress arrived the wrong size and without the bow. The photo album was made horrible. I asked the owner if they can remake it and she said yes that it would be mailed to me in 1 month, it's been 3 months and they will not answer my calls. Horrible place to get your quinceañera stuff, would never recommend this place.

If I could, I would give them zero stars!!!!! I bought a dress back in May or June. It’s now August, and I had to call them myself to find out what was going on with my daughter’s dress for my wedding. When I called, a girl answered. I explained the situation and asked if the dress had come in. She said she would call her mother to find out.
