I will recommend Thomas T. as Joshua's Pest Control "BEST" Technician. When he first arrived he asked." Is there anything I should be aware of today" I knew then he truly cared about addressing our issues. He took his time and explained how he was going to treat each issue we discussed. I just had my house serviced by Joshua's Pest Control. They were referred to me by my neighbors, and I am very satisfied with their service. Our technician was Chris L, and he arrived early, and explained the process to me before he started. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Joshua B. Always does a great job. He always asked if there is anything else that he can do. It's nice to be using a company with REAL customer service, that's not seen much these days. I've been very happy since switching over to Joshua's pest control, after using another major company that would charge me & not spray. I will continue being a loyal customer.
Don't know who this Mark V. guy is in all the reviews cause I'm not sure I've met him in the several years we've been using Joshua's. But he can't be better than Joshua B.. I'll take him any day. He's professional, conscienscious, and knowlegeable about the critters that we have a lot of. Or should I say "had". We are on the edge of a wild life preserve and Joshua is doing a great job of keeping it right there where it belongs.
We've been using Joshua's for about 7 years now, and they have always been available when we needed them. The do an excellent job keeping any and all pests at bay around our place! We also use Joshua's for Termite Service and I can highly recommend that service too!
