I had to wait over 35 minutes pass my appt to be able to see anyone.And then I didn't even see Dr. Neubauer. I saw a PA, which was fine.She was very nice and helpful.

Dr. Neunauer performed a reverse shoulder replacement procedure on my left shoulder. Prior to the operation, he met with me and listened to what I had to say. He spelled out the procedure in laymen's terms and addressed all of my concerns. The operation was flawless and all prior pain was eliminated. He is a true credit to his profession. I couldn't have received better care. He can 'walk on water' as far as I am concerned.
