Appointment was like clockwork. Very professional and friendly staff. Dr Carter was very thorough and as nice as can be. Took the time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. I’m not ready for knee replacement or surgery yet, but when I am I’ll be having Dr Carter do it. Highly recommended.
I saw Dr. DeSalle for pre op consult. He was very thorough, reviewed things, was friendly but gave time to ask questions. Also a shout out to Jessica and Bethany for being friendly, competent, gentle nurses who also explained things well, gave time for questions. Dr Carter replaced a hip so I’m going with him again for a knee replacement. Everyone at Midwest is excellentmedically while leaving time for a little off the record chat, it’s never an assembly line feeling. I appreciate their Christian values.
Dr. Carter is a great doctor. Listens to his patients and answers questions. Took the time I needed and was very professional and friendly! His assistant Adam is a great asset to the practice as well.
My first experience with MJRC was for a knee problem. Dr Berend did the surgery 5 years ago. This appointment was made on short notice for my other knee. Dr Carter was able to see me on short notice. My experiences at their facility ihave been wonderful. Dr Cater makes you feel very comfortable and caring. His evaluation and diagnostic skills were done with care. Treatment options were reviewed. As an RN of 43 years and very picky about my doctors, I’m so glad a dear friend recommended Dr. Carter and his staff. I had a partial knee replacement a year ago and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and end result. His staff were very attentive to my needs and listened to my fears of allergies, etc., worked with me on everything. Put me at ease for the surgery and were there for anything I needed after. I will definitely use this doctor and staff again if ever needed.
Dr. Carter has to be one of the most wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendliest doctors I have ever seen! He is so very personable and explained in much detail why he didn’t think I needed a knee revision as the last orthopedic doctor I saw said was needed. I was so dreading another excruciating knee surgery, but thanks to him and his expertise, it will just take time for the pain in my knee to dissipate after falling on it in August. Dr. Carter is an awesome doctor. He is personable and explains everything very thoroughly. He has given me two hip replacements. Both were phenomenal successes. I no longer limp and the recovery was quick and relatively painless.
Dr. Carter right away made me feel comfortable talking to him. I felt he had an intense interest in helping me find out the cause of my pain. I definitely would recommend him to my friends in need of an honest opinion of their problem and how to treat it. What a nice doctor!
Dr Carter replaces my right hip in January, 2018. Wonderful experience, hardly any pain, walked out that afternoon, feels and works great!
