Josh was the absolute best realtor you could ask for. He listens to what you are looking for and assists in finding the perfect home. He is very laid back and is not pushy at all. You can tell that he really cares about helping his clients and not just making a quick sale.
Josh was absolutely wonderful to work with and I cannot express how grateful I am for his hard work, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile. He showed us a house tour via Skype , because we where unable to make it. He didn't try to talk us into getting a home that after inspection was found to have an endless list of problems. Josh is very professional and has been a very big help to me during this process. When I wanted to see the house at 397 Legion Road Warrenville South Carolina he came right away to show it to me. I think in the beginning we may have had a miscommunication problem but we are now on track.
