Thomas researched the local market in depth suggested a price point and marketing strategy. Used conventional methods and social media to show the house. He always provide feedback after showings, etc. Excellent choice if you will be moving out of town. Thomas contacted and coordinated minor repairs, selling and moving furniture, was there when the movers were moving my belongings, and represented me at the closing. Doing these things helped greatly with the transition

Josh works harder than any realtor I’ve dealt with to get the sale done. He made sure repairs were done properly because I live out of town, and was a great advocate for my needs as a seller. I wish I had listed my home with him much sooner than I did.
