Josh was very responsive to our questions as first time homebuyers and made a serious effort to be as available as possible. Josh got us into all of the houses we wanted to see, and used our critiques of homes to help zero in our search and ultimately find the perfect home for our family. Josh made the process of making an offer very simple, and fought to get us everything that we needed. Our family highly was lucky to have an agent like Josh guiding us through this process for the first time.
Josh was more than a realtor...he was a "real" friend. He helped make the house buying process simple and understanding. He turned my family's home owning dream into a beautiful reality.
Josh is an amazing realtor. He is very patient and kind. I gave Josh a very lengthy list of requirements for a new Home and Josh came through on all my needs. He even was able to work with my night shift schedule! He showed me the Home I ended up buying on first day but I was too stubborn to realize it! No place has ever felt better! If you want someone honest and will work with you even after the sale to make sure everything is perfect, go with Josh!
Josh was wonderful! I felt confident through the entire process because I knew he was going to do his best to make the process as smooth as possible, he was attentive and on top of every detail,he kept me updated with information as quick as he got it.
When we were ready to settle because of time constraints, Josh knew the house we were getting was not what we wanted and kept looking. We are moving into a great home, because Josh didn't give up even when we were willing to. He is a great agent who was very thoughtful throughout the process, even when we were being difficult or picky.
Josh did an excellent job in helping us find exactly what we wanted. We initially began looking at some homes we had found online, while not being very familiar with the area. We had met with some other realtors prior to Josh and had not had success. Josh was very helpful to my wife and I while we purchased our first home. We were new to the process, and Josh made it simple and easy for us. He was very patient and never once tried to rush us in to anything. He was more than happy to show us multiple properties until we found one that worked for us. When we buy again in the future we will definitely be contacting him again.
Josh is an extremely helpful realtor. As first time home buyers, we really did not know what to expect throughout the home buying process. Josh was there for my fiance and I through every single step. He always answered my calls or texts when I had questions about the loan process, the home, anything. If he didn't know the answer, he referred me to someone or got it for me. Josh worked hard on my behalf to make sure we closed on time. He is still helping me even after closing on the home.
I would highly recommend Josh Campos for anybody that is looking to buy a house. My fiancee and I are first time homebuyers, and he made sure that we were taken care of.
