Josh was amazing from day one! We came from CA and we’re in a hotel for almost two months during our relocation to SC. Josh not only went above and beyond as realtor, but he made sure that we had everything we needed and made us feel comfortable and welcome in our new community (Aiken). Josh was such a great realtor to work with. We tried selling our home on our own before connecting with Josh, and I wish we had met him sooner. I was really anxious about this whole process but he made everything so easy. There were a few bumps along the way, and I am so thankful that Josh was there to get us through. Josh kept me up to date and very thorough with how everything was going. If I ever had a question he was right there to answer. Even after he's still answering questions for me that pop up. Highly recommended.

Josh helped my husband and I relocate from Iowa to South Carolina. He was kind enough to pick us up at our hotel and drive us to properties in the Aiken area. His knowledge base was extensive in finding us financing, carpet cleaners, utilities and pretty much anything we needed. What really stands out are his negotiating skills, as he guided us in the buying process. We will always be thankful to Josh in making our move as seem less as possible.

During the process we faced many bumps in the road but Josh and the team he works with continually worked to resolve issues. My home was under contract 4 days after listing and Josh was dedicated to finding us our dream home.
