The first time we were there I wasn't so sure about it. I didn't think I would ever go back. But we did and now I am hooked for life. Our waiter Rick was beyond amazing and our food was perfect!!! I am so glad I gave it another chance. I can't wait to go back!!!!
I wanted to patron a restaurant that I never had gone to and found this restaurant on Google. I am always in Waterville and had drove by the golf course many times. I never paid attention that there was a restaurant there. Anyways, I went yesterday May 7th for a date night with my fiance. The seafood and steak was incredible. I brought my mom and wife for lunch and just love the place (all over again)! It was my wife's first experience at Joseph's Fireside Steakhouse and she loved it!
I eat here no less than once a week. Absolutely delicious every time. The bar is a great atmosphere to hang out, and the dining area is very comfortable. No place is perfect. It's easy to be a facebook warrior. Bashing people on the internet isn't a great way to resolve a problem. If I have ever had an issue here it has been fixed asap. Could literally eat their prime rib or steak tips every single day. The selection of Geahgan beer is great! Keep it up!
I absolutely love going here it is my go to place for great food however yesterday i brought 6 other folks that had never been there and they werent busy at all ,we ended up being there just over 2 hours just for a meal .We had plans for the eve so it ran us late and the folks that were with us were complaining how it was taking so long ,even tables surrounding us were getting things much faster .Two patrons at our table ordered steak tips and one person got twice as much steak than the other and one of our other folks recei... read more
I enjoyed lunch today with my mom and everything was perfect. LOVED the shaved rib-eye and cheddar sandwich with grilled onions and sweet potato fries. It was HUGE and delicious. Service was excellent as well. Can't wait to come back!!
I absolutely loved your restaurant!!!! We walked right in and was immediately seated. Our host was great! My waitress was fabulous. My meal was hot and came in a timely manner. Our food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back!!! Great restaurant!!!
I always have the same thing, I can't imagine anything on the menu could be as yummy as the teriyaki tips, steakhouse mac and cheese and Caesar salad! Yum!!
