I would say this is the best place within 100 miles of Augusta. There might be a wait even with call ahead but that just proves how Great the food is. I heard they are planning a beer dinner plus a wine dinner. Pairing certain beers to courses same with Wine. Hope I can get spot. Can you email me with dates.
Our first time on Sunday night and we both loved it. Great meal. Friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. Thank you for a much needed break from a very busy work schedule for us.
Excellent meal! Our server (Lori) was fabulous...recommending wine..giving us time to enjoy each course..filet was cooked nicely..ended the meal with a great port and Lemon cake....great experience!
I've eaten here in the past and it was great. However, tonight was very disappointing. We had a party of 4 and 1 person ordered the Haddock. It came out freezing. When she told the waitress she took it back and MICROWAVED it and brought it back. It was still luke warm. The second time it went back they actually gave her a new one. The 2nd person in the party ordered a medium rare steak that came out almost fully rare. The 3rd person had the same issue with the steak and her sweet potato fries were cold. Went to dinner on Saturday the 25th. Meal was good, waitress was good. When time to go I presented my chamber discount card. She returns to tell me they can't accept it. I'm confused since Joseph's steakhouse is clearly listed in the brochure. I told her this and she said that there is new management and isn't sure. She took my name and number and assured me I would get a call. Hasn't happened. Not impressed really. We used a gift card from the chamber but you won't accept my chamber card?
Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants, pleasant staff and amazing food.
The atmosphere was great, the steak was cooked perfect and my ribs were great... Meaty and delicious. We also had the apple pie margarita which was delicious. The service was good, but, not the most attentive. We will definitely come back though. Enjoyed it thoroughly just a little pricey and we were there about two hours which is longer than we expected. Worth the wait though. Thank you!
The food was incredible! The atmosphere was relaxed but very nice. Overall a great experience!
