1 Star is too much. You truly WILL NOT get the help you need. Do not use this doctor if you are looking for help and answers or want to be treated decent. Incredibly rude and cold! Heaven forbid if you need to call for follow up care—you will not get it. Save yourself and family from years of frustration and use any doctor but this one. I wish I would have known how rude and incompetent she was before visiting this idiot who is referred to as a doctor and human.
This doctor is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. She makes you feel like a number and both times I've seen her she has spent less than two minutes in the room with me. Doesn't listen, doesn't answer questions and didn't even schedule a follow up appointment. The staff seemed polite and helpful. I wish I could say the same about her.
If I could leave zero stars I would. She did not want to listen to me at all. Did not seem to be concerned at all, it was more like I was wasting her time. Her office never called back with test results like they said they would. I get the impression that she is more of a botox doc to fix old lady wrinkles, not true skin ailments. My skin problems were because of the harsh winters we have, IN LOUISIANA! Odd thing is here it is June and the problem persists.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Extremely rushed each time I saw her. Does not take the time to listen to her patients. No compassion at all. Time to retire?
Dr.Futrell is an excellent dermatologist. I have been her Patient for 20 years and have always had great results with her treatments for my skin and face. She is knowledgeable and always up to date with current procedures and treatments. I highly recommend her.
Very expensive for what little you get.
I've seen Dr. Futrell before and I must say she's a very professional woman. She was very thorough and I was seen in a timely fashion. In and out with no problems. The front office staff was very polite as well. The nursing staff was awesome as well. They made sure I received my prescription from the pharmacy that was called in by them. Nothing but great things about Dr. Futrell and the entire Arklatex Derm Crew!!
Very nice, thorough. My concerns were addressed appropriately.
Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Futrell was very personable and able to not only diagnose and treat a problem others could not but make me feel completely at ease. That is experience!
