If your problems are not on your "What's wrong with you today, list", then she is not willing to talk about them. I am 90% mentally disable veteran. She broke my chain of thought and then I got upset and frustrated and then couldn't think straight. Hey but that's ok, I don't have an M.D. or a Ph.D., so what do I know. I bought $40.00 worth of Cetaphil & CeraVe and neither one works on my "Dry Ski". And it "burns" when I put it on my lips as directed.
Yes, I would definitely recommend Dr. Futrell. As a matter of fact I have recommended her and a friend of mine said he will be calling to make an appointment.

It was a 3 month check up. To talk about a procedure to be done after the 1st of the year. Dr futrell listened to my questions n concerns that I had. Awesome at explaining both pros n cons with what was going to happen.

Doctor Futrell has been treating me for over 1 year. I’m very pleased with her health plan for my condition . Doctor Futrell takes time and listens to my concerns , It’s clear to me she cares about the people she see’s in her office
