Dr Futrell is great. I am a 10 year plus patient. She is very thorough and explains every detail of every process and medication. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable at both the Bossier or Shreveport offices and always with smiling faces.

I see Dr Futrell regularly for my Lupus, she is very patient and listens to me and always asks if anything is new or questions or problems, she is very thorough..I have been seeing her since 2013.
She is very attentive to her patients. She listened to what I had to say about my issues and without being condescending assured me that though most of my perceived issues were nothing, she did what I requested on one or two of the more serious issues, to me at least. I definitely recommend her to others and if the VA says they will not use her for some reason, I’ll gladly pay from my own pockets to keep her as my Doctor.
