Joe was great from start to finish for me and my family. We were out of town buyers, and he was very respectful of our time when showing us only properties that were both in the areas he thought we would like, and in our budget (very rare for a realtor...seems like they are always trying to upsell). A simple 5 star review doesn't do Joe justice... I'll start by saying Joe was recommended to me by a friend and I was reluctant to call him simply because of this.. In my history of dealing with realtors I thought it was best not to know them because if things go south (like they easily can) then it's much easier to walk away and just get another. So after 5 unreturned phone calls to other realtors including the one who sold me my last house I felt I had no choice but to give him a shot. Man was a fool for waiting that long.... read more
Joe made sure we had made the right purchase and helped all the way. We would use Joe again in future purchases he can be trusted and will do what he says.
We decided to list our home with Joe because of his knowledge and experience of the market. As out of state owners, we needed someone we could trust throughout the whole process, from listing to closing. He communicated on a regular basis and kept us well informed. His expertise was invaluable!

Joe proved to be a valuable asset on our most recent home purchase; so much so that I've felt compelled to recognize him as a true fiduciary in the home-buying process. Obviously there exists a stigma in the residential real estate profession.
