Joe are Katie are absolutely fantastic! They worked so hard to find us a house that met our needs and didn't give up on us in this crazy housing market. They were always very, very responsive and gave us great guidance on what was a reasonable but fair offer. They had our best interests at heart the whole time and were very helpful with problem solving when the seller tried to pull a stunt at the very last minute. I can't recommend them enough!

He was able to generate good interest and there were many showings. Our expectations were exceed in all respects as our home sold quickly and at the price we had hoped for.
