The sale of this house wasnt an easy process because of the buyer and all of their delays. Joe really took charge of negotiations with the buyer and their agents and got the deal closed. Im not sure the sale of this house would have gone through if we had a different agent. I would (and have) recommend Joe to anybody interested in selling their house.

Joe handled our purchase of our new home in Reno, NV beautifully. This was the smoothest and easiest purchase ever largely due to his expertise. He negotiated a rent back easily with the former owners and was there for us every step of the way. His expert knowledge and familiarity with procedures made this purchase very stress free! We would definitely go to Joe again for our real estate needs.

I always say, "we're all responsible for our own reputations." Joseph Wieczorek's character is why he has such a great reputation. I immediately had trust in him and a sense of "let him do his thing, he knows what he's doing!" I've never sold a house before, I was overwhelmed! He made the process so easy. I am so grateful my friend recommended him! And that's how it goes... when you have a great reputation, people recommend you to others.

Joe is amazing! He sold my house in 3 days!! The paperwork was easy and stress free. He even took time to answer my questions on holidays and after hours. Best realtor ever!!!
