Joe was very professional and knowledgable about the market in Reno. I worked primarily with Katie Mc Mullen, his assistant. They were easy to work with, prompt in replying to phone calls and e-mails. They were helpful in presenting offers and worked with my lender to get the deal completed. I would recommend his team to friends and family.

Joe was very organized in helping us by a new home and selling our existing home. We had to purchase our new home with a contingency to sell our current home, and we had to rent back from the people who purchased our house. He made our transition as smooth as it could possibly be.

Joe and his team represent the most-talented, professional real estate organization we have experienced after seven property buying/selling experiences. We have just gotten the keys to our new home in Reno, Nevada. Our experience with Joe Wieczorek and his assistant Katie McMullen was excellent right from the start. I worked specifically with Jeff Biegler as my realtor. He was endlessly patient with me as I searched for a suitable home. He made himself available to me in accordance with my work schedule. He openly discussed all options with me as we weighed pros and cons. After a 4 month search, and putting in at least 4 offers where I was pushed out due to cash offers, I was ready to give up. Joe helped us search for the perfect home for 6 months. We were very picky and not always easy to deal with at times. Joe continued to send us new listings via email and kept us up-to-date on all pending and future listings. Joe is very efficient and professional. He handles a lot on the back end without bugging the client (ie. me and my wife) and he gives frequent and quick updates via phone and email. His well equipped crew is also very helpful. It is nice to have someone you trust moving things along throughout the process, and being proactive in identifying issues before we even could have thought about them (like who to hire for inspections, loan officers, etc.).
